Paul was discouraged, frustrated, and angry with the Church in Galatia because many of the Jewish Christ followers were trying to force the non-Jewish followers to obey the Laws of the Torah. Paul was preaching that God's love and acceptance were available to all through faith in Jesus Christ, not by the actions that the Law required.
