Like the Wind

May 24, 2026    Pastor Jim Melrose

What do these two scriptures have in common? Both refer to the Spirit as a wind. In Ezekiel, the "wind" (Spirit) breathes life into dry bones, while in Acts, the "wind" (Spirit) breathes new life into the disciples and those gathered around them. In both cases, the result is NEW LIFE. As we celebrate the birth of the Church at Pentecost, is there new life that can be breathed into us? Have we become complacent and stale in our relationship with God? Maybe we need spiritual CPR to bring us back to life. Join us this Sunday as we let the Spirit give us life.
