Moving Into Our Future Aug 31 2025

As we move into the future of the Duck River Charge, we must understand that things change. In today's world, how are we supposed to reach out and "Make Disciples in the name of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the World"? How can we operate more effectively to manage the operation of the Church and still move into uncharted territory? As we prepare for our upcoming 2026 Charge Conference, we go in knowing that the church as we have known it for most of our lives is changing. Much like the people of Israel who returned after the Exile knew things would have to be different, we must also understand that our world is changing. This Sunday, we will introduce some new opportunities that will allow us to thrive in the coming years.
